Dr. Kayla L. Biewer was born and raised in North Dakota. Dr. Biewer completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology at NDSCS and NSDU. She then attended Northwestern Chiropractic College in Bloomington, MN where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree.
Dr. Biewer continuously challenges and updates herself with continuing education seminars, conventions and symposiums on a variety of topics including sports injuries, rehabilitation care, prenatal and pediatric care and preventative care. Her professional affiliations include membership in the American Chiropractic Association and she is a Diplomat of the Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
Dr. Biewer emphasizes the importance of an optimally functioning Nervous System and a nutritionally sound body in all ages of life. She addresses the vitally important mind-body connection and treats the individual as a whole. If needed Dr. Biewer makes important vitamin/mineral, amino acid, herbal and homeopathic supplementation recommendations for preventative and therapeutic purposes to address a wide variety of conditions and symptomatology. She has received many post graduate hours in Advanced Nutritional Care, Chiropractic Rehabilitative Care and Pediatric Care through the American Clinical Board of Nutrition, the American Chiropractic Rehabilitative Board and the International Chiropractic Pediatiric Association.
Dr. Biewer uses a natural and conservative approach to your concerns. Treatment considerations will be a combination of the following depending on your individual needs; manual technique, Thompson drop-assisted technique, Activator technique, Upper Cervical technique, Craniosacral therapy, B.G.I. (Bio-Geometric Integration), nutritional counseling/supplementation, foot orthotics, neurosensory integration, myofascial, muscle energy, and positional release techniques.
