A thorough first visit
Consultation
We start by listening. You’ll walk us through what’s going on, how it started and what you want to get back to doing.
Exam
A physical and orthopedic exam to find the root cause of the problem — not just where it hurts. We’ll refer out for imaging if it’s warranted.
Your plan, explained
We tell you what we found in plain language, whether we can help, and what a realistic course of care looks like — including an honest timeline.
Treatment
In most cases you’ll receive your first adjustment or treatment the same day, so you leave having already started.
How to prepare
- Wear comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing — gym wear or loose pants are ideal.
- Bring a photo ID and your insurance card if you plan to use benefits.
- For an auto-accident claim, bring any claim or adjuster information you have.
- Arrive a few minutes early to complete intake forms, or ask us to email them ahead.

How long does the first appointment take?
Plan for about 45 to 60 minutes. It includes a consultation, a thorough exam, a plain-language explanation of what we found, and in most cases your first treatment the same day.
