Do I need a referral to be seen?
No. You can book directly with us — most patients come in without a referral. If your specific insurance plan requires one, call 858-455-7654 and we will help you sort it out before your visit.
Can I combine chiropractic with acupuncture or massage?
Yes, and many patients do. Pairing spinal adjustment with soft-tissue massage or acupuncture often speeds relief for pain, tension and headaches. We recommend the right mix for your condition after your first exam.
Which technique is right for me?
That is exactly what the first visit is for. We examine, explain what we find, and recommend only the services that will actually help — whether that is adjustment, soft-tissue work, acupuncture, rehab, or a combination.
